1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TenderPro platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TenderPro is a web-based platform that monitors and displays public procurement tender notices from the Greek Central Electronic Registry of Public Procurement (ΚΗΜΔΗΣ). The Service allows users to:

  • Track tenders by CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes
  • Filter, search, and manage tender notices
  • Assign tenders to team members and add notes
  • Export tender data in CSV format
  • View statistics and analytics about tender activity

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One subscription covers one organization. Multiple users within the same organization are allowed under a single subscription.

4. Free Trial

  • New users may request a 14-day free trial of the Service.
  • Trial accounts have full access to all features.
  • At the end of the trial period, access will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated.
  • Each organization is entitled to one free trial only.

5. Subscription & Pricing

  • Monthly plan: €40 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual plan: €30 per month, billed as €360 per year.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT).
  • Subscriptions begin on the date of activation and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@tenderpro.gr.
  • For monthly subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • For annual subscriptions: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. No partial refunds are provided for unused months.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended use
  • Share your login credentials with individuals outside your organization
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

8. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

  • Tender data is sourced from the public ΚΗΜΔΗΣ system and is provided "as is".
  • TenderPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tender data.
  • Users should always verify tender details directly with the issuing organization before submitting bids.
  • TenderPro is not responsible for missed tenders due to data source outages, API errors, or synchronization delays.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The TenderPro platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TenderPro.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
  • Tender data itself is public information and is not claimed as our intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TenderPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events, third-party service failures, or data source unavailability.

11. Service Availability

  • We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your payment is overdue
  • Your account shows suspicious or abusive activity

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
